UWJ Allocations

The UWJ’s Allocations Committee continues to designate resources for the building of communities and the transformation of lives. Annually, over 300,000 persons benefit from United Way of Jamaica’s investments to fill critical gaps in meeting the needs of children, marginalized populations, at risk youths, and provide support for community based services, emergency and disaster, and environmental programmes, vocational and life skills training programmes and for the promotion and engagement of volunteers.

United Way of Jamaica owes its existence to donations from individuals and organizations in the public and private sectors.  It has to account to these donors for the funds, which they contribute.  In order to do this, United Way must receive project reports and financial returns from the projects, which are funded.

If there is a project in your community that will benefit the members, kindly download and complete the Project Application Form and submit the completed form via email to [email protected] to begin the process.
