United Way of Jamaica invested in the Annual CVSS Summer Games, held on July 12, 2013 at the University of the West Indies, Mona Bowl.
The games brought together more than 950 youth competitors from sixteen (16) agencies participating in track and field, basketball, netball, football and traditional games such as tug of war and needle and thread.
Participating agencies included: Abilities Foundation, Alpha Boys Home, Deaf Sports Jamaica, Boys & Girls Brigade, Good News Open Bible, Jamaica Association for the Deaf, Jamaica National Children’s Home, Joy Town Community Development Foundation, Rise Life Management Services, Scouts Association of Jamaica, Special Olympics, Spring Village Development Foundation, St. Andrew Settlement, St. Patrick Foundation, Teen Centre Foundation and Young Christian Association.
